    Detonation doesn't always show on the Crowns Hunt :( (bit of a hint on the pics "use Macro and force flash" ;) ) Looks almost like the motor's been hydrolocked at some stage.

    NA Cams into a GTE is a bit "back to the Future" it dates back to when there wasn't an affordable aftermarket set of cams and the whole "A 7M doesn't need cams they make no difference" mindset...... NA "Cam" (one only) would move the powerband making the car more responsive around town but...

    Dave: Can't see it making a lot of difference on boost as you have a pressurised Volume of Air in there waiting for each valve to open. If it were NA there might be a benefit.
