Still not sure as to what route to take for my engine... I have a local with a complete 7mgte + r154 with ecu, harness, intercooler and everything i would need to swap for $1,500. The only thing with the 7mgte is im scared im going to have to replace the head gasket in the future so add another...

you could either buy a cheap dd, and keep the supra. Or since u did the most expensive things and know they are good, keep the supra and DD it can be reliable if everything has been done right.
