Yep the GTE one is tuned for the 10 blade fan and the GE for the 7 blade so you need the correct fan/clutch combination.
GTE moves a crap load more air.

The GTE one has an Brown shaft where it bolts to the water pump and looks like it's on Steroids compared the the GE one.
