    As long as it's NOT T-0 and is uniform across the head it should be fine (they tend to go on the Exhaust side first if they've been cooked)

    For me it's not worth spending a single cent on a head until it's passed a hardness test. Sorry to harp on about this but it's that important. The Tester is a cheap bit of gear and not terribly sophisticated I'd steer clear of any shop that doesn't have one or know about them.

    If the plastic covers have been worn through for awhile it's a good idea to replace B and C on each side as the bolt head will wear a little and the new cap will be unsupported. Should only be a couple of bucks from the dealer being a wear item Toyota are usually pretty good on price.

    1st I've heard/seen of it. I'd need to see hard data from independant labs to accept that it does what's being promised (42% change in ANYTHING is a bit hard to swallow) I'd also be concerned at cutting stress risers into a head but that's just me.

    Mine started showing signs of stress with a gt3040r and 10 Psi. Bigger problem was getting a clutch that would live and still be drivable in traffic.

    Has to be xx size shot xx angle and xx pressure. Sorry I can't be more specific but it's not just a case of blasting away at em like most shops do. Add to this any grinding/sanding/polishing of the beams needs to be done lengthwise and not across them and it's one of those jobs I leave...
