    Brent: Nope my guy says to bore the block first then coat. Might be different for Teflon but I've never used it so can't say.

    Shadi: I close the piston to bore clearence down a bit so it doesn't slap as the coatings keep them from expanding as much. Sorry can't give even a ballpark figure as my bud gives me a "deal" PM JDub here he does coatings so can give an estimate for what you want done.
