same thing happened to my friend. i was riding with my friend in his 04' maxima, and some dumbass decides to cut him off while almost hitting his car, and then after the fact drives 20mph slower than the posted speed limit in front of us. then, he looks at us through his rear view and flips us...
did you prime the turbo before using it? all turbos have play, but anything more than a few centimeters could be grounds for a rebuild.
edit: yes, like supra90turbo just said, ZERO front to back play.
also, a kinked line could very well kill a turbo. oil starvation = death to everything.
You just said comparing drag tires to street tires is apples to oranges, so since every other intelligent person in this thread is talking about street cars, why are you talking about top-fuel dragsters?
Anyway, yes, you are wrong. We're not talking about top-fuel dragsters here, were...
i hope you guys know that the wider the tire the less traction you will have. E.g. it's easier to spin a 315 than a 295. Wider tires give you more cornering grip, but decreases the front to back contact patch which gives you the straight line grip.
go dr's, not wider tires.
i really don't know crap about bikes (other than knowing the fact that i want an all white busa :D), but i'm guessing cornering would be non-existent with a car tire on there. or am i wrong?
nice bike, btw!
