Nitrous IS safe if you use a wet system and you get a good kit that includes all the failsafes and install it correctly. Cheap kits, and especially the dry kits are dangerous...

Yep, unnecessary movement on that hose could easily break the heater valve...

Man, after reading the other thread I wanna slap some fools... It's a high flowing version of a crappy OEM style muffler. Most mufflers zig zag inside the actual unit, this just has the piping exposed and is straight through...

This way sounds stupid, but how well will the car idle on this smaller unit as it doesn't control the stock stepper motor?

MKIV's like most other modern cars where setup to understeer, and the tires help it in that end. That's why staggered setups tend to be more user friendly. I have my own experiences when I would have loved some understeer...

that's how all silicone couplers are made, it's a wrapping and curing process... On a side note, the stock one is FINE, it's not under pressure, but does get hard with age...

in other words still in the block... pulling the head is easy, taking the block aparat and putting it back together properly is not...
