Nowhere did they say it stopped production in 1996. "... disappeared from Toyota's line-up in 1996..." For the UK market - since this is a UK magazine - this is an accurate statement. Is no different than a US magazine saying: "... disappeared from Toyota's line-up in 1998..."

The article referenced 96 as being the last year for the Supra in England. 98 was the last year here in the US. 2002 was the last year of Supra production in Japan

Happened by a magazine that was covering the 400hp vehicle from Toyota. It said the thing could pull more Gs than a stock Supra. Killer part is this was a freakin' truck. The article did say that this would have to fill the hole until Toyota brought back the Supra.

I used the G2 stuff on my calipers when I did this back in 2001/2002. Hit your calipers with a nice wire wheel (I used the dremmel with the wire wheel) and get them nice and clean first.
