Interior is clean. Looks like it was driven in the winter with the horrible de-icing chemicals as all the sheetmetal on the MKIII is galvanized and as such doesn't rust easily...unlike the MKII's which sadly rust fast :(

Yep, I actually bought brand new clamps from the dealer when I put my samco radiator hoses on. I :love: my samco radiator hoses and hope that they will make the full set for our cars...

Do you have an internal or external wastegate? If internal, run it a lot shorter...

rawmk3: There is no need to go right off the oil pump as the oil has to go to the oil filter before the rest of the engine anyway. It's far cheaper (and less likely to go wrong/leak) to just use a block adapter like discussed in this thread and have a remote oil filter setup.

Also the throttlebody and t-stat housing...

You MUST presoak the sandpaper overnight for it to work correctly. Yep, a little dish soap in the bucket is needed. It's labor intensive, that's why new cars have such shitty finishes as they no longer do any wet sanding...

Most of the time the finish is related to how fast they run the machine over it. The slower it's done, the better the finish, but time is money...

HID's aren't instant on, and don't like to be cycled quickly. So have either bi-xenons or HID low beams with halogen high beams that also keep the low beams on.

It's a tuned system... It's your car and you can do what you want, but I wouldn't do ANYTHING that will induce drone in an exhaust, it's downright MADDENING.
