Crown Victoria Wheels, Yay or Nay...

Dude... the sawblades are only 21 lbs. I'd rather rock the sawblades but that's just my opinion.

    flashing third brake light

Nah... there's other reasons why my Supra stays in the garage. :) I do like the flashy thingy.

    flashing third brake light

Flashing things just let stupid people get more stupid. Eventually they will ignore the flashing brake lights just like they ignore the brake lights coming on solidly. Make it more idiot proof and the world invents a bigger idiot. I do like the flashy thingy though. :)

    May 2010 Meet

I know they had a few Mid-Atlantic meets before they quit. Back in 96/97 they were drawing about 70 Supras.

    May 2010 Meet

When I started SILV there was only one other big, multi-day, event happening on an annual basis - the Mid-Atlantic Meet. Unfortunately that event has long since died. One of my other goals with SILV was to spark other events around the country/world. I am always happy to see new people pick...

    May 2010 Meet

White_Zombie - Good luck with your event. These can be a lot of work... but also a LOT of fun! When I started SILV I had no idea where to start. My first goal was to be the Largest Supra event on the planet! We reached that goal in just three years. I'd question that estimate of 20 cars...

    Foglight colors

On a red MkIII the best color fog lights are one red and one blue. Make sure you make them flash though as that is the best and will really get you noticed - it is a great way to pick up dates. Seriously though. Do you guys even know what fog lights are for? HID for your fogs? What a...

2010 MKIII Supra Calendar - ON SALE NOW!

DPI only counts when displaying an image (print/monitor). A 2300 x 1800 image is always 2300 x 1800 regardless of if it is displayed at 300dpi (print) or 72dpi (monitor).

How often do supras break down Literally.

A well maintained car should give you very little trouble. I personally put 136,000+ miles on my 1989 Turbo - and it was my daily driver until the fall of 2005. In that time I had 3 issues. First... the clutch let go just 2 days after I bought the car. I replaced it with a reman'd clutch...

    gas door poll

You could look in a U-Pull-It lot for another car that has a fuel door solenoid - not sure if theShack has solenoids or not. You can try AutoLoc.com - that's where I got mine. Wiring is VERY simple. From the solenoid... attach the ground to any grounding point. Run a red wire from the...

    gas door poll

On the MkIV the rear spoiler does help with downforce... but not so much on the MkIII. On the MkIII the spoiler is just that... a "spoiler" to help disrupt the air coming off the back of the car to reduce... wait for it... DRAG! Take a look at the NA Cd and the Turbo Cd and...

    gas door poll

Let me see if I get this straight... you're doing this because your fuel door won't open? That seems a lot like using a sledgehammer to clean up a spot of dirt on the window to me. The beauty part of the Supra is the clean/smooth lines of the body. If you were having a problem with...

    in hood headlights

Technically honestabe's headlights aren't "in hood". Older Corvette "pop up" headlights are - but nobody has done that. I have to agree with Doom. Don't do it. Many have tried only to realize that the lighting sucks. And the only way to make it look right is to spend a LOT of money on...

What do you guys think of the headlights?

So let's see if I get this straight. You have a car with pop-up headlights so when you don't need your headlights to drive you can streamline your car but you got headlights with the "halo" so you can drive with the headlights up when you don't need your actual headlights on - breaking up...

    Two easy newbie questions

Everything I know about differentials I learned from My Cousin Vinny Mona Lisa Vito: It's a limited slip differential which distributes power equally to both the right and left tires. The '64 Skylark had a regular differential, which, anyone who's been stuck in the mud in Alabama knows, you...
