Different cam so the pulses are different... If you use N/A cams you choke up top and kill the torque curve... System isn't tuned for it, plain and simple...

THIS ^^ Lifted truck have even WORSE aerodynamics, the large tires and everything hanging under the thing, it's gonna suck fuel... My old 82 would get 13-15MPG, I knock down 23 in the supra...

IIRC the article on the HSK tuned Supra back in the day had them running the VPC and the FCD (plus every other piggyback and accessory they made at the time). Outside of that, can't tell you...
