Wow, Adam! Its ironic- a friend of my wife's had her thyroid out 3 years ago and I though it was really wierd. She's doing well, now and she was saying the pills just kinda settled into her daily routine after a couple months.
Good luck!
Here's mine, my manifold is flanged for a Q45, and I have a spacer/adapter plate that goes to the stock TB- cable bracket bolts to the adapter flange bolt.
The throttle cables I sold (one to hvyman) were from 1994-1996 Camry 4-cyl and V-6 cars, with cruise control. Not sure if cruise changes the length, but its what I have in my car ;)
Edit: here's a link to the F/S thread I had. *Note: I no longer have any cables...
Hey, I'm a 5-speed user, it affects me as much as it does you, good or bad ;)
not really, I would think it would help break them loose more easily. Line locks are generally used for burnouts and holding your car still at the line so you don't accidentally redlight. Best option for you to build...
OMFG WTF? What do I need to get my FFIM vaccinated for? I don't want it to die!! D:
/trollface
Camry throttle cable is very much FTW- fits almost every FFIM I have seen, save some really far-reaching ones.
Hooray for reliable engines! ...wait a minute :P
The only major thing I suggest checking on 22r's would be the timing chain guides. They have a tendancy to wear out and break, allowing slop in the chain, which can wear through the front cover and/or break the chain. Happened to my parents' 93...
You can get lucky a couple times, but the getting consistant part just needs a bunch of lather, rinse, repeat until its muscle memory.
Then, once you blow out your clutch, you get to re-learn everything all over again!
Here's some vids of a couple weeks ago- they might help you understand what I'm writing here.
My setup is a little more involved than yours, but the basics still apply. I'm running 26x10.5x15 ET street bias ply tires and was launching at 4000rpm- slipping my spec 3+ until I felt good traction...
Aside from sleeping an excessive amount today, I got my fuel pump hanger modofications wrapped up!
What's been done:
Braze new 3/8" return pipe onto hanger and bend to clear pumps
Drill out 2 feed outlet holes and mount -6 90degree bulkhead fittings.
Drill out 2 holes for pump voltage...
I finished fabrication of my fuel pump hanger to house my new Aeromotive 340 pumps :excited:
Edit: Per IJ's skepticism, pics!
It's an unbelievably tight fit to get these in and out of that tiny stock hole!
Only if its not already blown. Yo can even get away without buying the gaskets, but there is a 90% chance they are leaking, and if not now, they would leak after you pulled them to re-torque the head bolts.
I highly suggest investing some time in searching the hundreds of threads at your...
Here's what I would do:
If the HG is not blown, buy a set of valve cover gaskets and re-torque the head bolts to the update spec (around ~70 ft-lbs, not 100% if that's the exact updated torque spec, please research it before using that number). Since you are buying an NA for temporary use, if...
Its not a bad idea to run the pump at 12v at all times, most AFPR's should be able to handle the extra flow (unless its a really small, cheap one) might as well be a little safer and make sure you don't run out of fuel in the mid-range!
