There will be bolts in the engine for the flywheel already, it not im sure the 7M bolts will work fine. also for the pressure plate 7M bolts should work. This is assuming you have a 1jz. check out www.driftmotion.com

I would check your idle air control valve(IACV) thats exactly how mine starts because I do not have a IACV, its blocked off. un plug the valve and see if it starts any different when its cold.

On stock twins there really is no safe boost. The twins will eventually fail and running a higher then stock boost will only shorten there short life span. Make sure you watch to see if your car ever starts to smoke at idle once it gets too operating temperature. This is an indication that...

Problem solved. Throttle stop screw had threaded out. screw is now blue thread locked, also using a locking nut.
