That's your problem. You used 'power steering fluid.' The previous owner was using that stuff in my car too and thought it was a pump problem. PS system was whining everytime I turned the wheel. When I got the car, I pissed all that PS fluid out of the system and put ATF III in there...

The ECU is going to adjust the idle even if you play with the screw on the throttle body. That's not gonna solve your problem.

Adding up hp from your mods list doesn't seem very practical, or realistic... Also, why would you want to put a Turbo A sticker on your car if it has a 1J in it?
