Again, there is no massaging necessary to clear the 2nd turbo. It fits fine.

If your engine is out of the car, go ahead and get yourself a gasket set and replace all the important seals and gaskets while they are easy to get to. It would be a shame if your RMS started leaking shortly after dropping the engine in. stock boost is around 9-10psi or so.

There is no firewall banging for a 1J swap. Sounds like you might need to do a bit more reading.
