Because the 2jz is gods balls. Its also a much better engineered motor. It also probably has less miles and has usually been kept better due to the price range of the car that it is in.

If you add 25% fuel all the way up to 3000, it should let you get there, as long as you don't beat on the car. Hell, if I didn't have a wideband, I would rent a Uhaul and trailer and drive it there on the trailer.
The 25% should bring it to 440cc range, as you would have to pull 25% fuel...
I'm downloading the software on my new laptop and I will post screenshots on where to change the injector sizing. The best bet after that is to play with the fuel maps and get it to your desired AFR.

Check with BIC and I believe there is another one on this forum running a microtech (something tells me he is from puerto rico). I have been wondering what it is like, how the interface is and how the dataloging is.
First place that I would start would be the EFI fuse. Then I would pull the codes. If no codes, then check for spark and then finally check for fuel. All else fails, try another ECU.
DSMs can be made faster for less cash, just remember to not cheap out on anyting, IE get a shep tranny, a 4 bolt LSD rear and use a 6 bolt block + head. A 20g is awesome on that car.

New WRX isn't that bad. 240whp 290wtq with just a tune on my friends 08. Feels decently quick, although I didnt beat the piss out of it.
Not bad for stock boost, stock airbox, stock exhaust and all cats.
