Toyota always has a way to have the lights up but off, so you can change them, or for in the winter so they don't freeze, etc.
When turning the lights off, leave them on the first position, everything is off, with the lights up.
Blew the headgasket, other than that it's only been a couple minor issues (cracked intake manifold gasket, leaking turbo oil return line, cracked ISC hose, I think that's it).
It's never let me down though, even when the HG blew I managed to limp it home.
Pull the needle off, put it back on at 0.
Or, spin it all the way around past 160mph, until it stops, and push it a bit further, it will twist on the post a bit.
Not that big of a deal.
I've never heard anyone ever call it a Holiday Tree, and I never will.
We do "officially" call the Christmas party at work a Holiday Party, but nobody actually calls it that except on the official invitiation, lol.

I sort of doubt the dealership still carries it, but it may be worth checking out. Part numbers still come up valid I think, but might be obsolete by now, though some stock may still be kicking around.
