    I've never had a problem with DHL personally. UPS is somewhat consistent, Fed Ex sucks most of the time. Usps hasn't let me down yet, their tracking is so-so though.

    Like I said, do as little as possible. 83.5mm = .020" 84mm = .040" 84.5mm = .060" I believe you can use a gasket that is a size larger than what you are boring to also.
