absolutly!! Our cars run metered air..that aluminum thing just behind the air filter meters the air comeing in...if you have a hole behind the turbo then all that metered air blows out that hole so now the motor thinks is going to burn that much air so it gives the car extra fuel...but that air...
don't know if you tried this....fill the master back to the very top, pull clutch pedal back to the top of it's stroke, the open the bleeder on the slave and let wait till fluid comes pouring out...have some keep filling the master as it gets low then after about the 3rd refill close the bleeder...
I'm wondering if the piston in the slave is being pushed too far and almost out of the cylinder itself letting air back in? Try adjusting the master so the pedal doesn't move as much...this happens to me when working on my w58 but it's much easier to deal with the w slave....I just adjusted the...
if it's still working great then I'd just wrap it in dynomat LOL ...the car I test drove before I got my supra had the profec and it didn't click...dynomat will shut it up.
sounds like combustion gases leaking past the headgasket and pressureizing the cooling system...
What Hommer told ya was great advice but personally I'm too lazy and would buy another rad! LOL
I take it that the clutch pedal snaps right to the floor and stays? I personally wouldn't waist time rebuilding a master cylinder...I just replace the whole unit...and did you make sure the clutch fork is hooked up correctly?...are you looking in the inspection area on the trans to see if the...
you didn't sandblast the whole piston did you?
The oil could be from the pcv system....and pistons are made smallen than the bore for a reason (gives the piston room to expand under heat) so the slip fit is normal...they would be much tighter if the had the rings....blow by is when exhaust...
if you have no clearance then you need to order a thinner shim for the shimbucket from toyota...if you have the trsm for the supra it will explains how to replace shims and how to remove shims...it's a pain but the head doesn't need to come off to do this and neither do the cams...so once you...
ngk coppers I can't recall the heat range that's best for turbo though...ngk wires, pureolator (sp) pureone oil filter, redline mt-90 transmission fluid if it's a 5speed, royal purple 0-30w motor oil once the car is up and running (cheap shit till then) ...once car is running cange oil again...
shady!!!
Ever heard the term "kick ass and take names"? It's a good saying...I enjoy saying it...and now I'm going to say it to you doward kick ass and take names...
You bad little covict you..;)
in that case take the head to the machine shop and have them vac test/pressure test it...did you double check your valve shims/clearance to make sure they are in spec? That way you will know forsure before assembly.
