well a no start is either not enough fuel or the spark is not happening in the plug (read bad ignition wires) even if the ignition is up to snuff. Are you sure that the CPS is at 10 degrees BTDC???

ok one thing about this after talking with aeroquip. The SS line is rated at 1000 psi continuance with a burst of 2500 psi. The power steering puts out 1250 psi. They DO sell hose that is SPECIFICALLY for power steering. just thought i throw that in.
