They look like a very simple design, have heard good things about them in regards to sound quality for jazz, etc. :)

If you're going to put an R154 into an N/A, just get all the appropriate turbo parts (7M-GTE flywheel, clutch, pressure plate, slave cylinder, driveshaft, etc). An R154 will bolt up fine to a 7M-GE, but you'll want to make sure you use a Turbo parts list for the parts you need.

My assumption is that it's the one on the driver's side fender apron, and it has a vac line going to it and it's for the stock boost gauge and nothing else. What's the part number on it?
