    My friend and I did a hg job on one and it never started again. We did everything according to the manual and nothing. Took it to a shop and they couldn't figure it out. Plus timing chains suck.

    Insert end of kickstand into hole and wrench it out. That's how I did it. Grease the edges of the bearing too.
