Thanks I.J thats pretty incredible, but that much tq downlow can lead to problems, mainly TIRES!!!!!
BlackMkIII- I too had the "previous owner mod", burning oil, ect ect.:nono:
I.J.- I went with a smaller bolt-on turbo non-bb. With the slightly high comp. and a smallish turbo(bigger than stock) should minimize lag, and i should have excellent power under the curve, with hopefully close to n/a throttle response.Only time will tell, this will be my first go at it, but...
I.J.-when i add boost i hope i can still get a good flat tq curve *crosses fingers*
chris- its the good ol ACIS system, if a certain someone would upload my dyno video *caugh* boost lee*caugh* you can here the note of the car change during its transition phase from short to long runner
$60 with $10 going to charity.
That dyno was done after 3 hours on the highway ,45 mins of cooling , and 97 degrees, but if you search you will find some higher dynos
This a joke right
Theres no need for me to mention what my n/a does to these things. I say race him for ca$h or pinks. Atleast make it worth your while, the sheer disapointment in his face just wont be enough.
