    I've seen the plastic bushings do that quite a bit on toyota trucks, the synchros usually start out grinding going into gear getting progressively worse until it wont go at all.

    What software version do you have? When i started with 4.4 mine was off by 1.0 (with dynojet), i just changed options to one that matched my wideband reading....after i reflashed to 4.63, it reads right on for dynojet. TPS reads .44 idle, 3.44 on mine and all mk3s close to that, it wont say 5.0...

    Turns out wideband problem had nothing to do with m/pro, fixed ks wire prob for 52, now codes 24/34 but no light, turns out the ecu is registering a 24 & 34 even after clearing, but they do not set off the check engine light. It does run good with 4.63, now back to retuning.

    Yes on s/d and b/c, i use the laptop for data logging, but I tune everything off the keypad.
