EDIT:
Elise 190 is found in the used car lot. ross1, don't whine like your team actually had a chance at losing. Also, try looking in the used car lot sometime so you won't be so ignorant about it. The stock stats are 670 kg/around 170-180 hp for 32k (referring to the Elise 190's stock...
Ok, next due date is Saturday. Anyways, it's pretty obvious german/uk will win. They ALWAYS take slot 1 (not surprising its the TVR) and usually slot 2 (another tvr). I wonder if there's a point to continuing this.
I was referring to maybe a list of required parts, and maybe some info on if you would need to modify stuff like you would have to on a 1JZ (motor mounts)
I'm going to stop the competition if people just can't make it on time anymore. It seems that people are waaaay too busy for this and almost all of the time, we barely have half the competition submit a time. I just have to keep extending the due dates and well...yeah.
Either that, or I'll...
Yeah, I know there's a huge difference, but people who supposedly have good running engines dyno 140 rwhp, but I see people who dyno 170 with "good engines" too so I don't really know where to draw a line.
I think it's a little weird how he got 207 on bolt ons. That would be 238 hp with 15% drivetrain loss and 258 hp with 25% drivetrain loss. Everyone I see has from 140-170 rwhp with bolt ons. I don't see how an electric fan/high flow cat made that much of a difference.
I've been told there's no use in trying to change the fan, but I've also read drjonezz site (even if it hasn't been updated in awhile...I'm not sure if it has or hasn't.) and it says it's a good/cheap modification.
