There are some people with 3'' exhausts who have felt no power loss at any point. So I don't think you should be saying this unless you really confirm it. This is usually not suggested since you're removing the weight off the back of the car (which is where it is needed to have traction)...

Other than I/E, I know that if you plan to stay NA, I think an aluminum driveshaft/lighter weight would help you. You may think of removing the backseat/spare tire, but since you're removing weight off the back it might not be a great idea.

Phillippines is nice because everyone is very respectful there IMO. Very unlike the US...

I spent a lot of time in Quezon City/Manilla. It was fun. The food there was the best, but for some reason after the trip back my stomach felt like crap. Either way, I hated the flight. 20+ hours..
