i see scratches on the sidewall where the lock pin gets insterted but no where else. If the side skirts are NOT scratched then the pistons are in fact still useable.
My advise do NOT gut the cat!

See how it gets wider in the middle and then goes back to the normal diameter on the exit? Well that getting wider in the middle without anything there...

bad torque specs and nothing else. Replace HG with MHG and torque to correct figures and no more BHG.
