Could be that, or a leaky hose to the wastegate and a lot of other things. It wouldnt hurt to replace the bpv with the 110 unit anyways. Even on stock boost the backpressure you relieved by replacing the turbo back with 3" stuff, you will have boost creep. But it shouldnt hit fuel cut.

Mine shoots flames every now and then. I have 3"DP and exhaust, no cats. I didnt realize it did this until i raced a few guys on the interstate and they said every time i shifted it shot a flame out.

Sam adams isnt a very good beer to start with. You have to get the "aquired taste" before you can step up to sam adams. Try some cheap light beer frist, like natural light,budlight ,miller lite.

^ exactly. Compressor surge starts at the throttle plate. One would want to put the BOV as close to the source as possible. Some people even mount BOVs on their TB's if they are big enough.

I dont change my NGK coppers at every oil change? I usually check them at every other oil change and they're usually still good.

You shouldnt use platinum plugs on a turbo car, in most cases theyre too hot. You'll want to run NGK copper plugs (6097s)and gap them properly. These are the bkr7e model which is probably a perfect heat range for most turbo applications. NGK copper plugs <$2 and will last quite a while, even if...
