The resonators im referring to are 24" long but they are round. Maybe 4" in diameter. If you can find a straight shot next to or under your tranny, it should be fine. But if your low it could scrape i suppose.

Why are you so concerned with not running a BOV? Just get a good one(or 2 for big boost) and run it/them. If its set up properly it will not leak, and will help keep the turbo spooled and happy.

I dont think theres enough torque on the VC screws to stretch them. I think its more a problem with them backing out. I put loctite on all my VC screws and they dont leak yet.

Oh no..That radiator stop leak is not good stuff. Not very friendly to your entire cooling circuit, like the small coolant passages.

If you're only going for around 400whp i would just leave the bottom end stock. The stock bottom end can handle much more than that with a good tune. Make sure its in good mechanical condition first and has good compression. Deffinately do the oil system mod and you may want to think about...
