    300hp

YES! Of course! More flow pressure is always going to be more horsepower. Also, FYI, fuel cut is measured by how much air is being pulled in, not how much boost you're running...so on a stock turbo, you might hit fuel cut at 14psi, but with say a .57 trim CT, you'll be likely to hit fuel...

    300hp

250rwhp @ 12psi on stock CT-26? Sounds about right...give or take your modifications. NO. Do not turn the boost up. With a nearly stock car, maxxing out your boost is only pushing your envelope open further and further. With a FULL 3"+ exhaust, no cats/resonators, 3" downpipe and an...

PowerTrip Performance Stainless 7M Turbo Manifold

Looks good, my man. I would have no problem or hesitation to get one of these off of you... UNFORTUNATELY, The SSAC manifolds go for dirt cheap anymore...and they're proven to work (well, to do their job, anyways). I can't say if it flows better than yours or if yours would just blow it...

Toss it. Who needs a fuse box. :icon_wink Are you not able to turn it longways up against your fender where your part of your battery would sit? I dont think you HAVE to extend the fusebox wires, but you definately will be doing a relocation...:icon_conf Good luck & get some pictures...

    Replica SSQV refuses to vent

I have a SSQV replica. Upon purchase, it's CRITICAL to tear it down and make sure everything is tight and nothing is rubbing unexpectedly. I've had this on my '88 for about a year now, it has a high pitch quick flutter with anything under 3 psi, and anything else from there to as high as...

    Autotrader.com $29,000.00 mk3?

Joe - I also think you aren't looking at it in multiple perspectives. You DO have a standing point, but as stated, for probably every MKIV getting scraped/molested/crushed, there are probably 10-15 MKIII's getting crushed. Tough? Think about it. MKIII's get crushed DAILY...I cannot say I've...

    Autotrader.com $29,000.00 mk3?

If Mint 93-98's are truly going for $30,000... Then there is NO reason that Mint 86.5-92's can't go for a reasonable price. The only reason you guys "LOL" at these high prices are because you're probably used to ragged out & abused MKIII's...truth be told, if it wasn't for part of our...

    "You Are Bidding the Following One T3 T4 T04B Turbocharger .60 A/R Compressor, 1.15A/R Turbine 3" Inlet & 2" Outlet" As usual....a BIG@$$ Turbine A/R. :nono: I won't doubt that it's a bad turbo...but I'd highly recommend having a professional tear down and inspect it before throwing...

    Arospeed Lowering Springs

87 Silver Sniper...As great as your car looks, it almost doesn't look any lower than factory? I've got big wheels and 35/40 rated tires, so I need something that will have a healthy drop to it. Hmm...

    BOV question

^FTW. Mine is a TiAL copy. :-) Like I said, it's not so much a compressor surge sound as it is a quick, high pitched chatter...sounds nothing like compressor surge. I don't even have it mounted/welded like it's suppose to be ATM, I just half way rigged it up to work to test it before...

    BOV question

Hard telling. If it is a very distinct flutter sound that you literally hear from about where your turbo would be...then that's probably compressor surge. ;) But at low psi, they will have a light flutter as they are. The way the ports are designed and the overall way they are made, I...

Yes! I'd never known they existed either, until I found this. ;) https://935motorsports.com/catalog/product_info.php?cPath=79_14_34_36&products_id=1024 I was going to go ahead and get the Eibachs (never fail)...but I'm always up and willing to try something else. They are cheaper...but...

I've got a TiAL! If you're running 12-15psi, it should hav ethe high pitch "DOOF!" I only hear flutter from what I believe 1 to 7psi or so. It will just depend. 11psi Spring here.
