No offense Deadcell, but horseshit. I'm a commercial construction/structural designer & I can say that not once has there ever been a model made that factors in aircraft collisions. Live loads, dead loads, wind loads, shear, ect are what structural designs intend to exceed, not aircraft...

That's not a M4. It has an 11" barrel with a 5" flash suppressor (much like the XM15 barrel). A true M4 has a semi tapered barrel that permits the mounting of the M203 grenade launcher. It also has a AR15A1 forward assist, too. You might want to get an offset sightmount unless you like...

Yes. Mount the coil pack on the firewall, behind the motor. Reverse the wires so they'll fit.

It's all in the personal motovation, I guess. I prefer to just unplug the spark plug wires to be able to get to them. :icon_bigg

I agree. I bought my car a year & a half ago. After doing the BHG thing once, it told myself that the next time I did any major work on the motor I would do the FFI conversion. I do too much maintainance & whatnot to have the patience to go through pulling the top half of the motor each time.

Yes, and it's the only way to go. The Maft, Maft Pro, Safc, ect scale the air flow reading the ECU gets in order to *fool* it into thinking that the motor is taking in less air that it really is.

New I/C piping, FMIC, BOV, throttle cable & manifold. The battery can stay if you route the I/C piping (cold side) like that of a 1J. The stock TB can be used also if you wish, but that would limit the gains in performance. All in all, it's a good chunk of coin. I think it was Idealsupra...

You didn't notice a loss of traction did you? The only thing I can think of that would cause your RPM to spike & then drop like it does in the first graph is a momentary loss of friction at either the wheels or the pressure plate.

Two thoughts: How is your clutch? It could be slipping a little, but you would see it in 4th gear too. Is there a chance that you're losing traction??? I'm by no means offering reasons, just bits of info to jog you thought process....
