Also man, While I was at your shop asking about what your motor came out of, I realized it was a soarer because of the transmission. You have a early model soarer 5spd 1jzgte. If you notice your shifter pushes back like 2". All the nissan guys, aswell as the lexus guys are looking for that...
hat was with full three inch, 2.5inch hard pipes, 4ply couplers and t-bolts, maft pro, with lc-1 to help me tune it, i would say i still had more power to pull out of the caras i was running 9's and 10's afr
but no the car never was tuned by a shop, and it wasn't running the afm any more either.
stock ct 26 at 12psi i was able to pinch a 13.5 @107 with a 60' of 2.2
im running n/a cams too, so i would imagine good driving and good 60's would drop you right into the twevles
when im running around town open down pipe :evil2:
it's the sickest sounds
prolly aynnoying to alot of peeps too,
any ways, time to go put on the exhaust now.. 3 days is enough i think, :biglaugh:
I like commissioned graffiti, artists who actually put time and talent into their work. Have you seen the music video John mayer - Waiting On The World To Change? Like that.
^^ I've seen and head a few hondas that had exhausts that sounded good, but when they throw a huge muffler that makes their car sound obnoxious, thats why they are called ricers. They prove the stereotype in my opinion.
Stock exh. manifold will be able to do it. You will need to upgrade the CT26 to a 57 trim from someone like MDC motorsports, or get a bolt on JT or SP turbo. These arent t3 flanges. You will need to get 550cc injectors, a fuel pressure regulator, walbro 255 fuel pump, and some way to tune the...
thats good news man!
sounds like you got a few gauges working this smorning.
i cant wait till i go break in the new clutch, just have to meet up again at the next meet!
with some searching you would have seen the auto harness plugs right into the body and ecu of a 5spd car so long as they are the same year. 86-88 and 89-92 with some in the 89 year going either direction.
Rap reminds me of when I was in middle school, and the teacher asked us to write poems and make sure the last word of every entry rhymed with the next entry.
own, phone. traffic, jacket. serve, deserves. Need I say more?
i bought a complet engine kit with those pistons in it for 300 and some small change shipped.
those pistons, i figured for all the parts i got i got the pistons for close to 50 bucks for the complete set with rings.
they look great for a stock build.
i actualy knock them into the block and pull them out with plyers.
done 3 blocks like this, yeah it can get frusterating atg moments when they dont come righ tback out, but if i can i knock them sideways and then pull them out so they dont actualy fall all the way in.
wouldn't recomend...
prolly heat the area around it with a torch not burn but heating, and using a dowel and a hammer knock it into the tranny, the tail housing will have to come off any ways to put the reluctor ring on.
