Subbed, I have the same plans for my 2jzge vvti out of a 98 sc300 but I have a set of GTE internals that will go in.

I do plan to get some megans soon I wish my RPF1s were new I found some curb rash and one has a small but noticeable bend doesn't affect anything but looks.

That's what I keep hearing and I am hesitant to get them because they are so cheap but the reviews on the forums and the facebook page are great. I just can't help but think I'd be better off getting something I guess more expensive or from a better known brand.

I think they have a dull or matte finish and have a slightly cheap look to them but they can be done right and look great.

Here they are in black they look alright in pics but pics always changes how things look in person. I plan to mount them tomorrow after I get 245s for the fronts still a bit worried about the one stripped lug stud but should be fine if I don't drive crazy going to get that fixed asap. I bought...

The pics didn't show the imperfections very well when they were black in person they look much better without the plastidip.

I finally got done with removing the plastidip took a few hours and my hands are stained even after scrubbing with fast orange multiple times.

Sweet I will look into that would be awesome if they made lug nuts too lol.

How do you remove the old studs and secure the new ones?

I can get a set of Megan EZ coilovers for $650 thinking of getting those in a week or two I hear great things about Megans.

Thanks I will check that out. I managed to cross thread one wheel stud when putting my stock rims back on I have to get a hex dye kit and fix it.

I am kind of set on coilovers because I'd like to be able to adjust everything I keep seeing lowering springs are a 1.5" and I am on the fence if that is too low for me I rather get coilovers and drop it to where I want it.

fronts at the moment are 215/45/17 +38 17x8 rears at the moment are 245/40/17 +38 17x9.5 I plan to go with 245s up front and 275s in the rear and I am going to remove the black plastidip it's not a good coat and rims underneath are a nice brand new silver. I need coilovers or springs/shocks not...

Test fitted and drove around the block with the new rims I can feel the rear pitching and moving around a little bit while driving but one side is almost bald and the other has good tread. New tires are coming soon anyway instead of the current 245s I am slapping on 275s
