get a jack put a piece of wood under it and jack the supra as high as you can get it, open the radiator cap and start it let the air build out put the cap on drop the car and fill accordingly.

but in regards to length of the barrel, does it make the rifle more accurate? Or is it just user preferance, because id love to get a long long barrel (24" is the largest i can get correct me if im wrong) but is the difference in accuracy between a 24" and say a 16" enough to compare?

make sure all your grounds are good, specially the big ones on the intake manifold, and you can fire the fuel pump by bridging 2 of the diagnostic points, im not positive which they are but search you can find it, and as for fuel pressure id say the best place to see if there is any is the fuel...

are you running the gte or the ge afm?

just try it a no pass no pay place, ive heard of people taking a stock 2jzgte in a mk3 to get it smogged and it passing, so idk id try.
