    30% mix of e85 summer blend with pump 93 (says up to 10%ethanol on the pump) leaned me out over a point in af ratios. Not something i would do with out a wideband at the very least for wot. Stock ecu will do what it can do keep vf's inline but i had to increase fuel psi to get things happy...

    totally agree. Pull the stocker and send it to suprarich or dm for a quality rebuild. Local shops can be hit or miss so choose carefully!

    theres a write up on supras dot com. However its not easy and resealing it has to be an A++ job. Very easy to mess things up when your digging through the epoxy (or what ever it is) inside of the unit.

    You should be able to tell if the seal on the cap isnt holding. is the top of the radiator wet with coolant ?

    interesting to say the least, the temps you listed can easily be acheived at a light when its 100+ on a daily bases though(tx heat in the summer). Id hate to work on a car for a living, totally ruins the enjoyment for me.

    shaeffs post should be /thread. underdriving the water pump is cool (LMAO i guess...) but why? power can be gained by other SAFER resources . Of course its not going to self destruct initially, its long term drivability your sacrifice. Did you not learn ANYTHING here??!?

    distilled, yes. Probes in the flange on the turbo. Guess i should add i hit 1550 or so at 5500rpms and it slowly increases till redline. right at the limit perhaps? havent crossed1600 that in can see though add it further upstream then so it can "atomize" if thats what the video shows...

    tunning, keep boost levles safe (15psi as prescribed by respected members on here). tekedus said water had little to no affect on his af ratios but %'s of meth did. you can blow a mhg man, its still a 7m :D

    ^ not sure what cars that was on but nothing ive owned has had the fans kick on any later then +5* of the thermo... scan tool verified. Our scion tc has a 180 or 185 thermo, never could get it to top 188 in the heat with no ac. With ac it ran just the same actually. Maybe an older car...
