Sounds like you will need a new map sensor. I'm sure someone on here has a used one that works they can sell you. If I remember correctly you can use a 2jz map sensor but a new one costs around 250 bucks from Toyota.

I just got my 1jz running on MS2 3.57 V2.89 + EDIS6 + SC300 coil packs running fine in 2 days. Probably one of the easiest to get running. Thanks to Diyautotune for their great service.

I have a set of rear actuators I'm getting ready to take off they are off my 90 and functional. Unfortunately I don't have the fronts because when I bought the car it didn't have the front two.

If you didn't know the stock 1UZ computer retards timing when it shifts when using the automatic transmission. Don't know if that helps any or not. I have a 1UZ in my 88 toyota truck.

I usally park in the first spot i come to. Right now i am not to worried about dings on supra cause i am going have it repainted. After that though if i get a ding i am going straight kick the the car next me door in then leave or i will use the crowbar i usually carry around with me.
