If you want a "cool" steering wheel for it, look for a JZA70 Momo steering wheel. I believe the Supra and Cressida share the same steering hub/adapter, but don't quote me on it. If you look around online, you can confirm this.
Here's a pic of mine:
Oh yeah... I'd say you can get suspension parts from a junkyard. If your local one fails, try an "online junkyard".
As for rims - I am sure you can find some decent 4-bolt rims out there. Most of the crap-tacular 4-bangers that you see around town are 4-lug, and you KNOW how much THEY love...
Awww, man.. there's a guy "King Cobra" on I-Supra who is doing a 1JZ swap into a Cressida. I don't know his extent of knowledge on the Cressida, and I believe his car is staying auto with an auto ECU.

I have a HKS TT-V Type 1. I bought it when it was brand new from Japan back in the year 2000, so unfortunately it's readout is in kilometers per hour. Still, this unit works well and has SO many features. I do like it. Unfortunately, I am a fashion whore [AKA ricer] and want to do my interior in...
I don't think the W58 from a 5-speed Supra would be a good option - I believe it's cable shifted, and the bellhousing pattern would be for that of a 2JZ engine. The W58 and bellhousing from a 5-speed NA Supra [7M-GE] would probably be best.
I've actually had this nightmare before...
..I am cruising around and look down. The coolant reservoir light it on and my temp gauge is spiking. Steam is coming from under the hood and I am freaking out. Then I wake up.
...or you could swap a 2JZ-GTE in and have more mods available than you can shake a stick at, and ALL OEM parts available to you from the local Toyota parts counter.
If there is a limiter, you need to defeat it; I've heard of Aussies and Japanese taking the stock 1JZ to 8k, and with a built valvetrain, 9-10k is not out of the question.
Get a boost gauge, if you don't already have one [and the stock one doesn't count].
You need something accurate to help you measure and "tune" your car for 10-12psi. after you install your exhaust components.
Don't forget an intake of some type, and a test pipe, or hollow catalytic converter.
Stock for stock, your NA engine has more displacement and the same amount of hp/torque. If you swap anything into your car, it needs to be a turbo JZ engine, or a turbo 7M if you are planning on building it up.
They can't give a copy out. It's the same as them not getting a copy of the "men's handbook". The sexes are never supposed to understand each other. Misunderstandings are what makes life interesting.
I don't have a girlfriend, so.. here's a small pic of my wife. :D
She's one of the other reasons that I am not done with the 2JZ swap - can't keep my focus on it long enough! :naughty:
The Z in that does not denote a supercharger
2AZ-GE:
2 [second generation]
AZ[Engine Code]
-
G [Dual Overhead Cam]
E [Electronic Fuel Injected]
T and Z are add-in suffixes from Toyota for Turbocharged and Supercharged, where 2AZ-GTE and 2AZ-GZE would be Turbocharged or Supercharged...
