i have no Dashpot i capped it off and i dont have any of thoses ^ problems with 19-21 Vac. at Idle.. i had the same problem with the RPM's rising and it was my Throttle Cable i also put some lubrication on the Throttle Linkage cable area most ppl put WD40 i feel sorry for them :3d_frown:
