For the water feed/return here are the specs on the water outlet housing.
The feed on top is 1/4 bsp. I used a 1/4 npt to -6an fitting and it worked fine NO leaks. No need to tap it.
The Return fitting on the outlet neck next to the waterpump is M14x1.5.
Hope that helps.
Although...
Getting out the bleeder is not going to happen. Im willing to bet the easy out wont work. This is a common occurance for them to seize on cars.. You need to buy another caliper. LIke someone else said they are cheap.
I had that problem a long time ago. I put in a brand new carrier bearing and that didnt help. I then changed the front wheel bearings and bingo did the trick!
I assume you have an N/A if you have that. Thats the port for the coolant feed for the turbo on gte engines. NO it is not 1/8npt. It is actually 1/4bsp, but once again you can use 1/4npt(tight fit wrong pitchbut works and WILL NOT leak). Ive done it before with no problems( I Used 1/4npt...
The 6 led 194's look really good when you put them in autometer gauges.
Also if you have self powered gauge faces in your cluster, and put red bulbs in the cluster, you will have red needles at night.
If anyone would like a scan of the Jeff Corbat Diagram in order to make their own kit, here they are. You might have to save the picture then open it and use the "Magnafying glass" in your window.
Cheers!
