    Happy Birthday Cristopher Walken!

"You're talking to my guy all wrong - it's the wrong tone. Do it again and I'll stab you in the face with a soldering iron."

Did you know inlines 6 engines weren't for perfomance?

Seems like Nissan engines need quite a bit of internal work to get up to those high HP levels. Everyone swings off the Skyline nuts, but they won't mention that reputable companies such as Jun and Blitz will recommend internals after 500whp, and we're not talking JUST pistons OR rods here...

    Opinions on buying a 3000gt Vr4

Yes, the 3000GT was also the name of the TRD MkIV Supra. For TRD, I have to say that I like the look of the 2000GT [MR2] much better.

Depends on the buffer. It has to be better than a bolt-action .308!

    The (old) Official Gun Thread.

DPMS, Armalite and KAC make .308 AR style rifles. There may be others, but these are the most popular. They are technically "AR-10" style rifles. If I had the money, I would buy one from KAC [Knight's Armament]. They are designed after the Stoner SR-25 rifles. Probably a ton more expensive than...

    Opinions on buying a 3000gt Vr4

Some people don't want a stubby-looking little 4-door with an oversized wing, whereupon each generation that passes, the car looks worse. Take the wing off those cars and it screams "grocery-getter". You just don't see that when you look at a 3kGT, even if it is heavier and more "cumbersome"...

Did you know inlines 6 engines weren't for perfomance?

It probably has something to do with how some people would buy a Supra off the lot or showroom floor, with the options that were pre-ordered or assembled, where some other people would order and wait on delivery of one with the exact options they want, Joe. This is why you sometimes see wingless...

    Where to stay in Tokyo

I've been to the Prince hotel, which was semi-close to Yokota Airbase. The room was big for Japanese standards [still small/regular to us, but oh well] and had a regular sized bath, which is also odd. The lobby was amazing, almost intimidating. I do not remember the price, as it has been about 7...

Are you happy with your job?

So far, I love my job. It's been a month, so we'll see what happens. Stress is low. Sense of importance is high. Pay is high. Overtime is higher. The job satisfaction and all of the above kicks my old job in the military square in the balls. After taxes and decuctions, my paycheck for...

OEM momo steering wheel, will it fit...?

They should come with a hub. If not, I thought you could get one for like $40.

    Alltrac/GT-Four?

Guys, I've been a fan of the ST165 and 185 for years now, and I might end up buying one in the future. I have moved to a climate where people LOVE to off-road in the dirt, rocks and sand. I don't like the idea of buying a quad or dirtbike, or even a dunebuggy or truck, but a rally Celica just...

What would american rice be called?

"Stupidity". "Waste of money". "Ugly". There are many other names, and they don't have to fall in line with stereotypical food staple scheme of the region.

My Supra won't sound like a Cressida anymore

The HKS 75mm Sport/Turbo exhaust is absolutely excellent. If my power goals were modest I would buy another one. My problem with it was that in Florida, the rain, sea-salted air and humidity just ate it apart. Mine rusted away. It looks as close to stock as possible, even slightly more...

    OMG Bad Drift Accident!

I don't feel sorry for what happens to drifters OR their cars. "Controlled slide" is an oxymoron. Something is going to go wrong eventually, even for the professionals. Whether it's tire failure or a slick patch of the road, it's going to be the same as a failed parachute - rare, but fatal - but...

    Give your PC a shower!

Next time, get a case lock, create a BIOS System password and only let the other inconsiderate person have access when it is convenient for you. Any time it's not good for you, turn it off and they won't be able to use it.

That's one form of one-upping, a subsection of "cock-blocking" and it is a punishable offense as stated in the official man's guidebook. He should be demoted to bitch status until punishment is served, at which time he shall serve a probationary period of one week. If no further offenses are...
