That's a lot of shit on that car. Are you absolutely certain all/most of those things are in there? Cuz if that guy was BS you about some of that stuff you'll be for a nasty surprise. The boost controller keeps the wastegate from opening until a preset point (your selection). I haven't seen...

ARP head studs man, you can't go wrong with them. They clamp more evenly than the bolts do. Check most ppl on here with ARP equipment, they run the studs ;).

What kinda exhaust are you using? If it's stock, then I'd say some of the problem is right there, get a new down pipe (with an integrated elbow) and full 3" exhaust if you haven't done so already. Is the vacume lines on the boost controller hooked up correctly and on there tight? Did this...
