So if you were to put a fan in there without a clutch than ran all the time there should be no problems right? I guess the only thing that I'm needing the know now is this: Does the stock fan spin any faster than the pulley it's on at any given RPM?
Open wastegate? Or is it re-routed back into the down pipe (I'm guessing open with a small tube on it)? Is your vacume hose hooked up on the wastegate correctly and not leaking/having a hole in it? Is it clamped down tight? What turbo are you running and at what boost?
LOL, you know what? This may be why my car's making a ticking noise which I'm diagnosing as rod nock ;). When I bought it, it had insanely loose exahust stud/bolt mix on the manifold...:3d_frown:
I tightened the ones I could reach easily up, but didn't place the gasket. It still leaks...

Calm down kids ;). If you don't have to worry about emissions where you live (like me, lol) you can take the canister out, just cap off any unused vacume ports. If you take it off DO NOT plug up the gas line that went to it! Take the hard pipe to it and re-route it out of the engine bay to get...
On the subject of fan clutches. Granted I've never checked on here, but has anyone replaced the fan clutch with an aftermarket fan, like out of jegs? When the fan clutch is warmed up, it doesn't slip correct? It spins just as fast as the engine is spinning the water pump pulley at that specific...
:werd: on buying new slave and master cylinders, I bought both of mine (clutch) new ;). Damn Aaron I wish I would have bought mine from you, your's was cheaper than what I paid for mine ;).
Um, first, replace all your old vacume hoses. Then checks all of your sensors and make sure they're in good shape, clean them up!. Check your wiring harness and make sure it's in good shape, repair where needed. tighten down ALL bolts to spec. Make sure your engine's internals are going to...
Can someone help me out with this? I save a bunch of pictures off of this site for reference later on. Every time I save something and then try to view it, it won't show the picture, but it will on the thread that it's on..... Anyone know what's wrong?
