What bolts are you using? If ARP studs re-torque to 81. Stockers, do around 72. Not sure on what to do with ARP bolts... BTW: If you have ARP's and they have already been re-torqued once, you'll never have to do it again, even if you've rebuilt the engine again. Used ARPs that have been heat...

Did you have any probs hooking up the mustang TB? Did you use the stock TPS from the supra?

How do you know your block is "fine"? Have you checked it yet to see if everything is in spec? I'm with Aaron on this, take the engine out and do it right one time and forget about it ;).

Auto's will handle just about any power you can throw at them when built correctly. Iirc Jdub has a built auto that will handle 600-700 HP.

I'm not using the stock piping route on my supra. I was kinda hoping you were doing a custom job too... I've bought TONS of stuff from Greg Pickett (Cooleeze), including the full hardpipe kit. His stuff is good, but I wish his products were full mandrel bent one pieces...

Well, With the few things that everyone has chimed in on, you should be ready for 400 HP. I suggest new radiator, oil pump, check the water pump, new rod and main bearings and a mild port and polish on the head since it will be out of the engine. Don't forget to machine the head, block, and rear...

Is the oil pump still the original one that came with the car?

Is there a way to bypass it like someone mentioned a few posts back? Bear in mind I'm not that savy when it comes to wiring ;).
