Well, for a slight update, I think I've squared the problem. The vacuum input on the HKS BOV is TINY! Any vacuum hose that I try to use without using a coupler of some sort is too large/loose for the BOV port, or too small to fit on a TB port, or requires an adapter from an IM port. I put some...

I have a bunch of stock IC piping and such. Not pretty, but has always fit and been reliable for me. But I'm starting to hope for a few hundos out of this...how are my exhaust, oil pump, and rods treating you? :biglaugh:

I guess I wasn't totally clear on this, but this BOV is surging at lower boost, no question, air does not escape the BOV in the 1-5 psi range, roughly.

With my stock headgasket, I don't really feel comfortable trying to get more power out of this engine, best to just leave it as it is and enjoy it. I just want the Boost Controller to settle in nicely, hopefully making 290-310 at the wheels, and do stuff to make the car nicer in General. Right...

Little mini-update: ABS is now working, so Rob can be proud, and Sean and Steve can make fun of me. :icon_bigg I also need to finish properly setting up the boost controller. I need to better learn how to use the AEM on the fly, and set aside some time on long straight roads to get it set up.
