Reply to above: Hey thanks for respondin! I am talking about the hose clamps that are holding your intercooler pipes together, they look really nice and clean compared to others. Also, I'm going to check into that degreaser tomorrow.

Hello ladies and gents, been a while...almost got all the parts needed to finish this bad boy up But, like usual, i gots a quesion :D what the hell is this thing, it's under the intake manifold. and there's two of them, one of the black plastic pieces broke on one of them, and i wanna replace...

Ohh interesting. The only reason i bring this up is because I had found a thread pertaining some what to this, and Aaron, the guy I bought the kit from, said something about some type of something to put on instead of tape. But you say copper washer...hmmm!!!!

So, quick question. I have received my ct-26 softline kit and, it looks awesome. Question is regarding the insertion of the part that goes into the block itself. I'm assuming some type of teflon tape or something? But instead of tape can i possibly use a tiny bit of lock-tite??

That's actually not bad, thought it would have been less than that. But yes, I'm not going to deny, it would be for cosmetic as well as trying to squeeze all I can outta the ct Edit: for that even though the stock mani can flow enough to around 600, a tubular manifold would still flow better...

I'm sorry if this is easy to find, or common knowledge but, I did search, and didn't come up with much.. Does anybody make a tubular exhaust manifold for the stock ct-26? I would like to get rid of that constrictive stock manifold, especially while the turbo is already off. I'd prefer to not go...
