UMMMMMMMM...... WHAT?!?!?! How about people need to be punished by law to the point where they won't even think of OFFENDING. I'm sure many people have been killed by a drunk driver who has NEVER gotten a DUI. AND I'm sure most first time DUI offenders have driven drunk more than one time...
