    Supra Sucessor Confirmed! Read here:

I'm hoping for a $60-80k pricetag. Anything short of that and I'd be surprised if it's going to be good enough that I'd actually try to buy it. Unless I get a huge break in my work life in the next 5 years, I'd be looking in the "nearly new" market and not the showroom floor.

    Supra Sucessor Confirmed! Read here:

My future children's college savings will be non-existent if Toyota makes a new Supra... If it's not a turbo and it's not a hybrid that better be one monster of a V8...

Conversion from NA to SUPERCHARGED NOT Turbo....

Such hatred for turbos shows you've never owned a properly done Supra. ;) Going on 15k miles and 3 years with a home garage DIY turbo build here. 12 psi ~5800 shifts all day long. :) Good luck with the sc though. That'd still be fun, but you'll spend a lot of effort just to get it fabbed up...

charcoal canister delete on the mk3 bad?

I still remember my air pollution engineering class and when activated charcoal came up I thought the surface area in the text was a typo. Unfathomable surface area. Absolutely incredible. I couldn't believe nobody else was impressed. I was in awe and everyone else was asleep. I remember...

charcoal canister delete on the mk3 bad?

Correct me if I'm wrong here. I've understood cavitation to be when fluid sees sudden low pressure, causing the fluid to boil monetarily and creating a pocket of vapor. The low pressure is typically caused by a pump trying to pull more than the fluid allows or a sharp bend in flow path Right...

Bring back the Kaminari 3 piece spoiler???

I'm not quite at the body stage of my car yet, but this is very exciting. Rodel, you'll be a star in the community if the kaminari becomes a retail part thanks to your help. I'd absolutely pony up the cash for a new one when I get there with my mkiii if one is available in new condition...

charcoal canister delete on the mk3 bad?

I have had a HUGE problem finding a smaller cc with a check valve. I found a couple from a Kia that were a tiny bit smaller. The valves were not noticeably pressure sensitive, but they did have a check valve. At this point I'd pay some serious $$ for a fully functional, smaller charcoal...

WHERE to buy flux for soldering wire

I have some waterproof heat shrink in my garage right now. Cool stuff. Regular looking outer layer and an oozing center that fills all gaps within the heat shrink and created a nice weathertight seal. I used it once or twice on my main harness crimps for added protection and holding force. Sent...

so sad i dont have money for this

Pretty atypical scam ad. Says it needs tailoring, new transmission and provides a phone number. Are these scammers finally starting to learn that perfectly clean, way underpriced specialty cars dont yield worthwhile results?!

WHERE to buy flux for soldering wire

Ouch. Do you know what engineering is? This stuff is not "preference", but rather science. Temperature matters in an engine if solder is used. Many low lead solders have low melting points which may be reached near a turbo. My my... Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using Tapatalk 2
