    Lowered car kindness...

I did the foglight rewire...and I always drive with my yellow fogs on, headlights down. I did it as a safety measure, because it seems like people never see me, and pull out in fron tof me all the time. I figure, at least this way, they are more likely to see me coming.

    Ticking noises and oil pressure...

It doesn't really sound like rod knock to me... Sounds like the valves need to be adjusted (shimmed). Did this just start, or has it done this for some time?

    targa off = wobbly car????

After changing out my 200k+ mile stock suspension, my car felt totally different. The wobbling became much less noticeable.

    JZA70 springs on MA70 question

They are MUCH stiffer than USDM stock springs. Car handles totally different, feels much more solid, less floaty and MUCH less body roll. Of course I switched out my stock struts with the KYB GR-2's, and my stock ones were so blown that the car would bounce 2-3 times before it stopped. :D

    JZA70 springs on MA70 question

Don't waste your time with installing springs alone. Install the springs, and a set of your choice of shocks. If you install the springs on the stock struts, you will be bottoming out all the time, because the old, worn-out shock will travel too far and hit the old, crumbling stock bump-stops...

my 88 turbo targa 5spd buildup for drift

Nice! Remember to use the TSRM torque sequence when removing the head: http://www.cygnusx1.net/Supra/Library/TSRM/MK3/manual.aspx?Section=EM&Page=39

    Spark Plug Change Issue

Yea, I know it converts to two foots pounds, but my torque wrench doesn't go that low, how do you measure such low torque?

    Spark Plug Change Issue

My valve cover gaskets started leaking recently (oil in the spark plug galley)...and I think it's because i couldn't get even torque on the valve cover screws, because they are all stripped out... Anyway, IIRC, the TSRM calls for 22in/lbs of torque on the valve cover screws...is there a special...
