Yea, just get it back to stock form, and working correctly. It helps create more low end torque. If you can "feel" a boost in power around 4k rpms, then the system isn't working properly...

Yea, the Bosch are terrible, get those out ASAP. I would go with stock Denso's or NGK's...some will say Autolite Coppers are a good plug too, but I have no experience with those, so I won't comment.

Check the throttle body>intake manifold gasket. I made the mistake of putting the NA metal gasket there (n00b) instead of the paper one.
