My vote is that he masked it off and spray painted it in his driveway. I'd only buy that Supra to rebuild, starting with a full paint job and a new interior. But that's only after spray painting it black to hide the paint before starting to sand.

Interesting combo. Headlight sprayers, Euro front corner lenses, front lip, and an interesting choice of wheels. Not to mention the full leather interior. Not bad. What size are those rims? I'm thinking 17's.

If you use the NGK 6097's, gap them at 0.028. You can also use the 3330's as well, same gap I believe. But it is recommended that you change them often (every other oil change). Don't waste money on platinum's or Iridiums like I did. I have a new set of platinums that I haven't and won't...

The aftermarket for 1J's is bigger than you might think, you just have to seek it out. Besides, you can always have custom parts made. I know Driftmotion has been known to make some pretty trick stuff for 1J's, including mattjk's cold air intake pipe.
